- Composed of a bowl diameter 26 cm (capacity 3.6 l) in 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring strength, resistance and anti-rust properties. It has an encapsulated thermal bottom for optimal heat distribution.
- Tinned steel basket with mesh and side handles: the basket bathes directly in the frying oil in the low position and allows frying to be drained without contact with the oil in the high position.
- Deep fryer suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Hand wash recommended. Please note: the basket is not dishwasher safe.
