This modular housing, part of the ICS25 family, is designed for DIN rail mounting. It measures 25mm in width, 7.25mm in height, and 22.4mm in depth, with a black (RAL 9005) connection plate made of PA material. The PCB thickness ranges from 1.4mm to 1.8mm. It's untreated and has no ventilation openings. The housing has undergone various tests, including vibration (IEC 60068-2-6), glow-wire (IEC 60695-2-11), and thermal stability/ball thrust (IEC 60695-10-2), with results meeting the specified standards. It also passed a test for substances that hinder coating with paint or varnish (VDMA 24364). The housing can withstand a height of fall of 50cm and shock tests (IEC 60068-2-27) with a pulse shape of half-sine, acceleration of 15g, and a shock duration of 11ms. It can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40C to 105C (depending on power dissipation) and has a maximum IP code of IP20. The housing comes with 2 PCB holders and supports slot mounting. It's packaged in resealable bags, with a packing unit of 10 pieces and a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces. It's UL Recognized (Approval ID: E240868), fulfills EU RoHS substance requirements, and has no hazardous substances above the limits according to China RoHS and EU REACH SVHC. The modular system allows for flexible use, with standardized connections like RJ45, USB, D-SUB, and antenna sockets that can be integrated. It offers optimal space utilization, adaptability in design, colors, and printing, and supports customized processing for customer-specific connection technology. Assembled printed-circuit boards can be easily and quickly mounted using stable guide rails.
